• Lineal Footage (If Hardwood, Please specify Desired Lengths)

Windows & Patio Doors

• Manufacturer & Series
• Frame Type (nail on, block frame, retro-fit)

For Each Line Item Include:

• Location
• Quantity
• Size (Indicate RO or NFS Sizes)
• Operation
• Any special components/requirements (tempered or obscure glass, egress, grids, hardware finish, etc.)

Hardware

• Manufacturer & Model (i.e. Lever/Knob Name & Rosette Name)
